Can we ship outside of North America?
We do not ship any product outside North America. We can ship to all locations in Canada and some states in the United States of America.


What currency are all the items listed?
All prices listed on this website are in CANADIAN DOLLARS.
All items are billed in Canadian Dollars.

How do I order an item?
Currently we require you fill out a Web Order Form and either:
a) Fax to us
b) Mail in to us
c) Scan the Form and e-mail it us

We are required to have the card holders authorized signature.
Once received, we will process your order immediately.
If you have any questions in regard to availability or sizing, please
contact us and we'll be happy to answer any concerns.



Order by phone?
At this time, we are not taking orders over the phone.
We do require a signature via our Web Order Form.

We accept Visa and MasterCard for Web Orders.

DO I PAY TAXES ?
All items shipped within Canada will be charged local taxes between 5% to 13%
GST/PST (see below) Outside of Canada you are responsible any local duties
that are imposed by U.S. customs.

How do we ship product?
For most of our shipments, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.
It's fast, reliable, cost-effective service that allows us to track the package.

For those in need of a quicker arrival, please e-mail for rates for Express Post to your destination. Provide us with your full address, Postal Code/Zip and the item you're interested in and we'd be happy to provide a shipping quote.

We do not ship on the weekend; please allow approximately 48 hours for processing. Orders will ‘usually’ be shipped the next business day.

Standard Shipping - Canada*
When you want your package shortly.
Usually 2-4 business days in Ontario and Quebec, 3-6 business days in the

rest of Canada.


XpressPost Shipping - Canada*
When you want your order soon.
XpressPost provides fast, guaranteed, on-time delivery for small parcels

within Canada.
Delivers the next business day locally and regionally and 2 - 3 business days nationally between most major Canadian centres.

Delivery Standards
Service standards are based on the day of deposit (day 0) plus the number of business days required for delivery and do not include weekends or statutory holidays. Deposits made on weekends and statutory holidays will be counted as originating on the following business day.


How do I know if my package will get to me?
With every shipment, we are able to provide you with a tracking number for the shipment. Simply click here to access Track a Package


Return Merchandise Authorization
Please do not return any goods without contacting us first.
E-mail us with a request for replacement or refund, we will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). You will need to have this special number before shipping your product back to us. Some restrictions may apply but we will notify you. Note: RMA numbers typically take between 24 and 48 hours to complete.

A re-stocking may be assessed for damaged goods & packaging.

Please note that if you send a product back from an U.S. and you need to declare any Customs Value, please indicate that this is A DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN and put down the Customs Value of $1.00. We will not accept any package returned to us that has a declared Customs Value greater than $1.00.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
